What We Offer

Host Managers & Recognition of Skill Stars

Work-skill hub has host managers that we trained in each city we operate. Here is how we identify and recognize talent:

Cooperation & Breach Prevention

We get work-skill stars to agree on the delivery of excellent and skillful work. These agreements include consequences in case of violations, helping us guarantee the fulfillment of desired standards agreed with clients.

How we prevent breaches of contract:

Obligations, Fulfillment & Work Contracts

We help stop worries about underperformed work, time meet-ups, and payment security. There must be a contractual agreement between our client, work-skill stars, and Workskilly for the execution of works in time and with agreed standards.

Work contract agreements must contain:

Breach of Contract & Consequences

Breach of contract is very rare. When it happens, we achieve resolution through negotiation or arbitration.

When a Skilled Worker Breaches

If a skilled worker breaches the contract based on underperformed work or missed timelines:

  • Must pay a fine of 5% of the material cost.
  • Loses their service charge.
  • Must hand over the work to us.
  • We take possession, finish the work, and refund the client's committed deposit/payment.

When a Client Breaches

If a client breaches the contract based on inability to pay the deposit, part payment, or complete payment at stated times:

  • Must pay a fine of 5% of the total service charge.
  • A client who fails to pick up completed work when due must pay for security and holds sole responsibility in case of loss.
